@Inc Felixstowe was a creative coworking and business support hub serving freelancers, sole traders, entrepreneurs and small business teams in Felixstowe. The space was designed as an alternative to working from home or using a conventional office, with a welcoming, contemporary environment intended to encourage productivity, ideas and local connections. Its offer included shared coworking space, dedicated desks with storage, private Zoom rooms, meeting rooms and boardroom-style facilities. The venue could also support workshops, training sessions, networking and community activity, making it suitable for both everyday independent work and collaborative business use. As part of MENTA’s business-support space offer, @Inc connected workspace with practical help for people starting, developing or running a small business. Members were described as having round-the-clock access, while non-members could use the coworking facilities during published daytime hours. Complimentary refreshments and a sociable atmosphere added to the informal, community-led feel. The current status of the Felixstowe site needs human review: the @Inc website now lists only Bury St Edmunds and Southwold, while a June 2025 property announcement says 87 Hamilton Road was previously home to MENTA’s @Inc hub.
