About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Braemore Space is a purpose-built co-working office and gathering venue in Garve, near Ullapool, created for people who live and work in the Highlands as well as visitors passing through. Its calm setting combines practical workspace with open views of rivers, woodland, hills and surrounding countryside. The Office offers shared desks and varied places to work, including bar-style space for sitting or standing and the option to work outdoors. Visitors have access to reliable high-speed internet, good mobile signal, a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee, teas, drinks and snacks, plus a small private area for virtual meetings. The atmosphere is professional yet relaxed, with visitors welcomed as colleagues rather than customers in a busy café. Braemore Space also provides a venue for talks, meals, music, performances, arts, activities, workshops, celebrations and community gatherings. The space is designed to encourage connection and creativity, while its surrounding landscape offers easy access to rivers, forests, hills and walking routes. The building is renewably powered and the owners describe a strong commitment to local community, biodiversity and sustainable practice. Four self-catering apartments sit alongside the workspace and event venue, making Braemore Space particularly useful for team retreats, workshops, remote workers, event hosts and guests travelling in the Highlands. Whether you need a focused place to work, a welcoming setting for a gathering or a peaceful base close to nature, the venue is intended to accommodate a broad mix of individuals, organisations and community groups.
