About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Buick Mackane is an independent flexible workspace in Newbury town centre, bringing together coworking, private offices and meeting rooms for freelancers, teams and growing businesses. Its offer is designed to give people a practical place to focus while keeping the energy and connection of a local business community. Flexible hot desking is available alongside day passes, desk bundles, unlimited monthly access and dedicated desks. For businesses needing more privacy, fully serviced offices range from small spaces for up to three people to team offices for six or twelve, with furnished or unfurnished options, ergonomic furniture, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi and access to shared lounge and kitchen areas. Meeting facilities cover a broad range of working styles. Meet Jack and Hare Lounge accommodate groups of up to ten for interviews, client meetings, workshops and collaborative sessions, while Wonder World offers a quieter private setting for one or two people, including coaching, therapy or focused work. The space also provides therapy facilities, phone booths, huddle areas and creative workshop or event use. Colourful interiors, coffee facilities and communal areas give Buick Mackane a more relaxed, inspiring feel than a conventional office. Community breakfasts, member meet-ups, socials, evening events and small classes help people connect beyond their desks, making it a welcoming choice whether you are testing a new business idea, building a team or simply looking for a friendly change from working at home. Dogs are welcome too.
