About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Coven Studios is a curated coworking community in Leith, Edinburgh, bringing together creatives, innovators and entrepreneurs in a professional, design-conscious setting. Its offer centres on flexible memberships with exclusive-use desks and private or open-plan studios, giving members a dedicated place to work rather than a conventional hot-desk arrangement. Members can use a range of shared spaces, including a comfortable lounge, a private Zoom room, a green room and a workshop. The setting also includes kitchen and bathroom facilities, coffee machines, high-speed Wi-Fi and garden access, while the lounge provides natural light, comfortable seating and a meeting table for small gatherings. The workshop is particularly suited to creative projects that benefit from room to make, build or experiment. For independent practitioners and small teams, the spaces support a broad mix of disciplines, from photography, film, graphics and production to visual arts, fashion, architecture, design and craft. The basement is also available as a versatile venue for film, photography and events, with a minimal industrial feel that can be adapted to different creative uses. Coven Studios aims to foster genuine connection and professional growth through a curated community and events programme. It will appeal to people who want a polished, practical base in Leith, alongside useful breakout areas and a network of like-minded creative professionals.
