About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Croydon Workspace provides affordable coworking in central Croydon, with a practical setting for freelancers, independent professionals and creative businesses. Its hot-desking offer is designed for people who want a dedicated place to work without the cost or commitment associated with a traditional office. The workspace includes high-speed 1GB fibre-optic internet, a communal kitchen and breakout areas. Members can work alongside other local thinkers, makers and business owners, creating a friendly environment that supports both focused individual work and informal connections. Alongside hot desking, the business profile describes private offices and suites, meeting-room hire, event space and virtual office memberships. This gives smaller businesses and growing teams several ways to use the premises, whether they need occasional workspace, a more private base or a venue for collaborative activity. Located near Surrey Street Market and the Croydon water tower, the workspace has a distinctive local and creative character. It is particularly suited to freelancers, start-ups, creative practitioners and small businesses seeking an accessible alternative to working from home or leasing a conventional office.
