Dragon Coworking is a collaborative workspace between Rochester and Chatham, created for freelancers, remote and agile workers, entrepreneurs, business owners and established teams. Its emphasis is on comfortable, fully functional workspaces paired with a friendly community, giving independent workers a more sociable alternative to the kitchen table while still leaving room for focused, productive work. Members can choose from hot desks, fixed or dedicated desks, private offices and part-time office options. Private offices are designed for individuals, small partnerships and teams, with spaces accommodating one to six people. Day-use desks and offices, virtual mailbox and office services, and bookable spaces for calls and online meetings broaden the offer for visitors and businesses that do not need a permanent base. The workspace includes social and quieter settings, including River Medway views and the focused Dragon Temple area. Phone booths, high-speed Wi-Fi, printing, coffee, tea and biscuits, meeting room access and on-site parking support the working day, while dogs are welcome. Meeting facilities include the Dragons Den for groups of up to six, The Nest for smaller meetings and a sound-deadened Media Room with microphones and mixer equipment for podcasts and other audio projects. The venue also offers event space for gatherings of up to 50 people. Community is central to the experience. Members can take part in networking, workshops, business meet-ups, breakfasts, lunches, monthly drinks and seasonal social activities, with local perks adding to the sense of connection.
