About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
EK Collective is a community-focused coworking hub in East Kilbride, powered by Collective Communities CIC, a not-for-profit social enterprise. It supports people who are starting, developing or growing a business, with a welcoming setting designed to encourage collaboration, peer support and useful connections. Members can choose from hot-desking and fixed-desk options, while private offices and mixed-use studios provide room for businesses that need a more dedicated base. Studio accommodation is available in a range of sizes, with options intended to support businesses as they develop. The hub also offers meeting pods, board rooms, training space and a smaller therapy or counselling room for professional appointments. The workspace is equipped with practical features for day-to-day working, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchen area, breakout spaces, lockers, reception and deliveries, meeting-room access and a member booking app. The official website also highlights discounted parking, covered cycle racks with a shower, dog-friendly facilities and regular events. Beyond providing desks and rooms, EK Collective aims to strengthen the local business community. It hosts networking, wellbeing and business-support events, and helps members connect with resources, training and potential opportunities. The space is suited to freelancers, founders, early-stage businesses, small companies, social enterprises, charities and larger organisations seeking a collaborative base in East Kilbride.
