About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Elevate Business Community is a Hereford business hub bringing together co-working, events, a digital community and expert business support. Its workspace is designed for people who want somewhere productive to work, a welcoming place to meet others and practical support as their business develops. Day passes, recurring co-working packages and dedicated resident desks give members and visitors different ways to use the space, with Wi-Fi, air-conditioned areas, kitchen access and member benefits included across the workspace packages. At the heart of the venue is a coffee lounge operated in partnership with Smoke Show Coffee Co. It combines relaxed co-working with fresh coffee, food and informal meeting space, making it suitable for a quick visit, a client conversation or a more social working day. Meeting rooms are available for team meetings and client sessions, while the event space is set up for workshops, training and larger gatherings. Elevate also runs networking and community events designed to help people connect, learn and grow. Members can use an online hub with a business directory, discussion areas, resources, workshops and peer support, extending the community beyond the physical workspace. The atmosphere is intended to feel friendly, relaxed and stimulating rather than formal, with opportunities to build genuine relationships and useful collaborations. Alongside the workspace and community, Elevate offers business consultancy, coaching and mentoring. Support can cover business direction, strategy, systems, decision-making, confidence, leadership and practical growth planning, with C-Me profiling used for individual and team development. The community welcomes start-ups, established businesses, entrepreneurs, charities, professionals and leadership teams. If you are looking for a place to work, meet other business owners or talk through your next step, Elevate brings those options together in one supportive setting.
