Freedom Works Worthing is the operator’s original Worthing venue and its ‘spiritual home’, occupying two floors in the heart of the town centre. Open since 2016, The Mill Building brings together a varied mix of workspace options, from hot desks and dedicated desks to private offices, pod-style spaces and virtual office services. The venue includes 17 offices, three pods, two meeting rooms and a dedicated event space, making it suitable for solo workers, small teams, growing businesses and visiting professionals. Meeting rooms can be booked for focused discussions, while the event area can accommodate gatherings of up to 30 people. Two phone booths add useful privacy for calls and online meetings. Day-to-day working is supported by fast wired and wireless Wi-Fi, free refreshments, kitchen access and a breakout area with a pool table. Members also have access to A4 printing, daily cleaning and a dedicated on-site support team, helping the space feel practical as well as personable. Tea, coffee, cereal and treats are kept available, giving the venue a relaxed, well-looked-after feel. Community is central to the Freedom Works experience. Members can take part in professional and social events, including the venue’s well-known Free Beer Fridays, while the Member Support & Accelerator Service provides connections to wider business support. Whether you need a desk for occasional work, a more permanent base or a private office for your team, Freedom Works Worthing combines productive facilities with a friendly, welcoming working community.
