About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Hadleigh Works was an Oswestry co-working centre created to bring local businesses, ideas and skills together. Based within the town’s Memorial Hall, it offered a professional alternative to working from home or a café, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and community. The centre provided flexible workspace for entrepreneurs, freelancers and small businesses, with membership arrangements designed to suit different working styles. Desk space, professional office facilities and meeting space gave local people a practical base for focused work, client conversations and collaboration. Hadleigh Works also supported the wider business community through bookable rooms for networking and business events. Its programme included advice-led drop-in sessions covering essentials such as marketing, accountancy and human resources, helping users connect with specialist knowledge as well as with one another. The atmosphere was intended to be friendly, inclusive and energising: a place where like-minded professionals could share skills, find collaborators and build useful local relationships. The three-year tenancy at the Memorial Hall has since ended, so the listing should be presented as a former co-working venue unless a new operating arrangement is confirmed.
