About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
IncuHive Hursley is a coworking and business-incubation space based at Hursley Park Campus near Winchester. It offers a professional base for start-ups, entrepreneurs, freelancers and small businesses, combining practical workspace with access to a supportive business community. Members can choose from virtual office services, hot desking, dedicated desks, private offices and meeting-room options. The site also provides breakout areas, high-speed internet, shared kitchen facilities and additional in-house services that can support businesses as they develop. A distinctive feature is the setting within the Hursley Park estate. The workspace occupies a converted Georgian stable block with a courtyard and outdoor seating, alongside access to parkland, gardens and wider campus amenities. On-site parking is available, and the location has a relaxed rural character while remaining within easy reach of Winchester. IncuHive Hursley also places strong emphasis on business support. Residents can access mentoring and guidance designed to help them start, grow and run their businesses, with networking and community opportunities available through the wider IncuHive operation. It suits people seeking more than a desk: a friendly, well-equipped environment where they can work productively, meet clients and connect with other business owners.
