About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Leamington Studio is a small creative workspace in Leamington Spa, bringing together a group of individuals in a spacious, stylish and contemporary office. With up to four desks available to hire, it offers a personal setting for freelancers, independent practitioners and small creative teams seeking a practical base. The space includes three fully equipped meeting rooms that can be booked when you need a private setting for meetings or collaborative work. An open-plan workshop area adds room for practical projects and the kind of outside-the-box thinking that benefits from a little more space. Day-to-day comfort is part of the offer. A cosy sofa area provides a relaxed place to pause or chat, while the maintained and stocked kitchen is a useful shared facility for people working from the studio. The workspace is also presented as a way to avoid some of the usual concerns involved in hiring an office, including maintenance. The overall feel is creative, welcoming and work-focused without being overly formal. If you value a small-scale office community, need occasional meeting space, or want a setting that supports both desk-based work and workshop activity, Leamington Studio presents a distinctive option in the town.
