About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Lighthouse View Workspace provides a broad range of business accommodation in Seaham, from coworking desks and day-use workspaces to meeting rooms, serviced offices and virtual office packages. The centre is designed to support both individuals and growing teams, with workspace options suited to freelancers, start-ups, established companies and larger corporate occupiers. The setting is a notable part of the experience. Workspace directories describe bright interiors, natural light and sea views, while the centre occupies a substantial site within Spectrum Business Park. Private offices can accommodate focused work, while coworking areas and meeting rooms provide more collaborative settings for day-to-day work, client meetings and small group sessions. Reported facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a stocked kitchen, complimentary tea and coffee, printing, outdoor areas, parking, lockers, showers and bike storage. Meeting facilities include rooms for smaller groups and larger gatherings, and third-party venue information also records disabled access. These practical features make the workspace suitable for people seeking a well-equipped base rather than a traditional long-term office lease. The atmosphere is presented as professional yet welcoming, with staffed reception, breakout areas and support for businesses at different stages. Visitors can use the space for occasional work or meetings, while members and tenants have access to more established office arrangements. The centre also hosts a varied community of organisations, helping create a lively business setting for local firms, independent professionals and teams looking for room to develop.
