About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
ONE Tech Hub is a city-centre Aberdeen base for ambitious digital-tech start-ups and scaling businesses, offering a bright, collaborative environment in which founders, teams and support organisations can meet, work and grow. The hub combines practical workspace with access to a wider digital-tech community across north east Scotland. Businesses can use fully furnished office and shared-office accommodation, with space described for start-up and high-growth companies ranging from three to 24 desks. Facilities include secure private Wi-Fi, secure access, reception, print services and a registered address. Hot-desking provides ergonomic adjustable chairs, breakout seating, café and kitchen facilities, and a comfortable setting for focused work or informal conversations. For meetings, conferences, exhibitions and workshops, the hub offers seven distinct spaces for groups of eight to 120 people. Event technology includes high-quality video and output, an AI auto-tracking camera, microphones, a lectern, digital displays and interactive Samsung Flip screens. Online recording and livestreaming also support hybrid events, while a dedicated event co-ordinator and front-of-house team help create a welcoming experience. The hub is more than a place to work. Tenants and visitors can access tailored support, entrepreneurial education, expert mentoring, networking opportunities, meet-ups and accelerator activity. Whether you are developing an early-stage idea, building a growing technology company or bringing a digital-focused event to Aberdeen, ONE Tech Hub offers a connected setting with practical resources and an active community around it.
