About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Pancake Studios’ Co-Work Space gives Belfast’s creative community a practical place to get productive, whether you are editing between shoots, freelancing, writing to a deadline or simply looking for a more sociable alternative to working from home. The space offers hot desks, fast fibre internet, personal storage and external 27-inch monitors, with sit-stand desks and peripherals available on request. A shared kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee adds a relaxed, welcoming touch, while the setup is designed with producers, editors, designers, copywriters, videographers and other independent creatives in mind. Access is available through day passes and monthly memberships, including standard, sit-stand and premium desk options. Members can also benefit from discounts on room bookings, podcast studio hire and equipment rental, making the space useful for projects that grow beyond a single desk. The wider Pancake Studios facility includes a bookable meeting room for team meetings, client presentations, workshops and production-office use. With seating for eight or more, wireless casting and a large 4K screen, it provides a useful companion space for collaborative work. Located on Limestone Road, around ten minutes from Belfast city centre, Pancake Studios is particularly suited to freelancers, media makers, small creative teams and work-from-home professionals who value a friendly creative environment alongside reliable workspace and production facilities.
