About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
Saltworks in Budleigh Salterton is a friendly, flexible coworking space for people who want a professional place to work without losing the benefits of a local community. Close to the pebble beach, it combines practical workspace with an appealing coastal setting and offers a refreshing alternative to working from home or making a longer commute. You can choose a dedicated desk or use the flexible hot-desking areas through a monthly membership or pay-as-you-go access. Hot-desk users can settle into window seats, shared tables or sofas, while dedicated desks come with a monitor, laptop stand, desk and chair. A dedicated desk may also be shared with one other named person. The private meeting room accommodates small groups of two to eight people and enjoys a sea view. Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, and kitchen facilities are available across the published workspace options, while the main coworking area benefits from generous natural light through its double-fronted windows. Alongside the practical facilities, Saltworks places a strong emphasis on connection. Networking sessions, speaker events, member socials and other community activities create opportunities to meet fellow professionals as well as get work done. It is particularly well suited to local professionals, independent workers and small groups who value a comfortable workspace with both focus and sociability.
