About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
The Fold is a creative work-sharing space in Leamington Spa, bringing together hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, breakout areas and bookable meeting rooms within a renovated 19th-century church. Its historic character, including original architectural features and former crypt spaces, gives the setting a distinctive atmosphere while supporting practical modern working. Members and day visitors can choose from a range of co-working arrangements, from hot-desking and dedicated desk space to private offices for individuals, small teams and growing businesses. Meeting rooms are available for conversations, presentations, workshops and client sessions, with options designed for both focused one-to-one work and larger gatherings. The Fold also has a strong creative-production focus. Its facilities include sound, shoot and video podcast studios, as well as edit and virtual production spaces. These are suited to content creators, agencies, production teams, educators and businesses looking for a professional setting in which to record, photograph, film or develop ideas. An on-site café and bar adds a sociable dimension to the workspace, while the venue hosts talks, courses, keynotes, mixers, exhibitions and social events. With a relaxed working environment and a community built around independent creatives, small teams and larger businesses, it offers a welcoming base for focused work, collaboration, creative production and professional gatherings.
