About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
The HUB Swansea is a community enterprise workspace operated by The CAE, offering practical spaces for work, meetings, media production and community activity. Its coworking desks provide a shared setting for people who need a productive place to work, while meeting rooms support small-group discussions and professional gatherings. The hub also includes a media room and a larger event space suitable for meetings, workshops, classes and community events. The event space can accommodate standing, table-based and conference-style gatherings, making it suitable for a range of organised activities. Additional equipment and catering options may be available for some bookings. Designed as a welcoming, affordable and supportive environment, The HUB reflects The CAE’s community-focused approach. It is intended for local entrepreneurs, community organisations, professionals, groups and individuals looking for accessible space in central Swansea. Whether you need a desk for the day, a room for a meeting or a larger venue for a gathering, the hub offers several practical options within one community enterprise setting.
