About this space
A place to settle in and get things done.
The Shire Works is a premium coworking destination in Towcester, offering a considered alternative to conventional office space. It combines fully serviced private offices with dedicated desks and a hot-desk package, creating a professional base for solo workers, founders and growing teams. Five private office suites accommodate between two and ten people, while the coworking area includes twelve furnished dedicated desks. Private offices are self-contained and available on monthly terms, while dedicated desk users have a consistent place to work without the uncertainty of hot-desking. Bookable meeting rooms are available for focused discussions and member meetings. Work is supported by a range of wellbeing-led facilities. Members can make use of an onsite gym, private call booth, tennis court, countryside walking trails and SUKU sauna sessions. The nearby café provides breakfast and lunch, while tea and coffee are included for members. Set within Pury Hill Business Park beside The Shire Retreat’s rewilded parkland, the workspace offers a light-filled, nature-connected atmosphere with ample onsite parking, EV charging and a gated business-park setting. It suits professionals and teams seeking a calm, well-equipped workplace with opportunities to step away from the desk and recharge.
